What we collect
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, telephone number and message you choose to send, together with the subject you select. We do not ask for any other information, and we do not collect data about you while you simply read the site.
Like any website, the server that hosts these pages records technical access data such as the IP address, the time of the request and the browser used. These records are kept by our hosting provider for security purposes only.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use the data you send us only to answer you, and where appropriate to follow up on an order or a visit. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
Who else sees it
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered by our own server to a mailbox on this domain. The website and the mailbox are hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy, and no other company processes your message. We never sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
The map in the contact section is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which therefore receives the IP address of visitors who view that part of the page.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request, and in any case no longer than twenty-four months, unless a commercial relationship requires us to keep them for the period set by accounting and tax rules.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, for its correction or erasure, for the restriction of its processing, and you may object to processing or ask to receive the data in a portable form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
What we do not do
We do not profile visitors, we do not use automated decision-making, and we do not run advertising or analytics on this site.
